I'm a competitive bodybuilder and a practicing buddhist.
I LOVE life. Most mornings I wake up - at 4.30am - and I'm as excited as a kid on Christmas morning. Mornings include meditation, prayer, journaling, reading, good coffee and IG - I'm a buddhist, not buddha yet 🙂
Training for my first bodybuilding competition so you'll find me in the gym 5 days a week. I'm that person who doesn't track macros, I plan macros. Every gram of carb, protein and fat accounted for. Some might think it's obsessive, for me, bodybuilding is my passion. It makes me a more grounded, kinder, compassionate person and in this crazy world we can al do with more of that.
I believe that we are the creators of our own destinies and everything starts in the mind.
And my mind is beautiful so my life is beautiful 🥰
