I love spending time outdoors - mainly with either dogs or horses - and when I'm not doing that I'm training for my next challenge whether it's a triathlon, a cycle or a marathon swim! I like to push myself out of my comfort zone and feel there is always something new to learn or experience, and try to always stay open to new experiences and ideas!
