I live on a nature reserve, sharing my days with wildlife, open skies, and the quiet certainty that life is better when it includes birdsong, sunsets, and someone to share them with. I host self-catering accommodation for hikers, outdoor souls, and nature and animal lovers — the kind of people who understand that mud on your boots is a good sign.
I’m curious by nature, with interests that wander comfortably from travel (Southern Africa keeps calling me back), to technical puzzles, to conversations that start sensibly and end somewhere unexpected. I value independence, warmth, and a sense of humour — especially the dry kind that survives both the bush and real life.
